David Moyes gets Kurt Zouma injury boost ahead of West Ham v Newcastle
West Ham defender Kurt Zouma has recovered from illness and he is fit to face Newcastle, according to reports from Claret & Hugh.
The Hammers defender, who is facing a huge public backlash (and rightly so) following the cat-scandal episode, missed the 2-2 draw against Leicester City in the previous game.
However, the French defender has now recovered and he is ready to face the Magpies this weekend (19 February).

It’s a massive game for the Hammers, and Moyes is left with little choice but to pick Zouma if he is fit.
While pundits and fans can keep the debate going whether he should play for the club, Moyes needs his best players with the top-four race now heating up.
Zouma, who was hailed by Ian Wright as “amazing” back in November, should add depth in defence, although Issa Diop did impress in the previous game.
Moyes can give Craig Dawson a much-needed rest and forge a new partnership of Diop and Zouma at the heart of defence.

A month ago, West Ham would have been clear favourites for this game, but the situation has changed a bit now.
The Magpies have turned it around with three consecutive wins, and they come to the London Stadium with loads of confidence.
West Ham are two points behind fourth-placed Manchester United, and it has become a must-win game for them as they bid to stay in touch with the top four.
