David Moyes delivers honest verdict on West Ham forward Jarrod Bowen
David Moyes has showered heaps of praise on Jarrod Bowen who is enjoying the form of his life at West Ham.
The 25-year-old has now scored in three consecutive games in all competitions as the Hammers managed a 2-2 draw against Leicester City on Sunday [13 February] away from home.
Moyes has suggested that Bowen rarely misses training, adding the club need him to deliver the way he is doing.

Moyes said after the game, as quoted by Football London: “He took his goal brilliantly well, from the touchline it looked like he struck it lovely after a really good run to get in.
“He had a bad clash of shins early in the first half and I think that is why he was limping, a blow to that [area]. He is a good boy, rarely misses training and plays every game and does great numbers in every game for us with his running and his effort for us.
“We are really pleased and it was a good goal, he had a chance in the second half that was cut back to him and he did not get a good enough connection or he might have had a second. He is certainly coming up with the goals for us and we need him at the moment.”
Amazing form
Bowen is enjoying an amazing form at the moment, and it will be really a shame if he doesn’t get a call-up to the national team now.
Since Boxing Day, he has either scored or provided an assist in almost every game.
With eight goals and eight assists already to his name in the Premier League, he is currently one of the in-form players in the league.
To be fair, West Ham are failing to make the best use of it.

This is a game they should have dominated after Bowen gave them the lead in the 10th minute. Instead, they had to rely on a late goal from Craig Dawson to salvage a point.
The Hammers are still lacking the ruthless edge like the other top three teams in the Premier League, and one gets the feeling that they’re getting over-reliant on Bowen.
It may prove to be an important point in the grand scale of things, but one cannot help but feel it was a wasted opportunity to pick up all three points.
