Sky Sports has shared that the likes of Alex Kral and Alphonse Areola could make their debuts for the club at Old Trafford.
There are more changes expected, though.
Arthur Masuaku could finally return from his injury after featuring on the bench over the weekend, and that would be a brilliant sight.
Issa Diop is also a name that could feature, and it would likely be Angelo Ogbonna who drops out given his need for a rest.
Ahead of him, Manuel Lanzini and Mark Noble are suggested to start in midfield despite all of the controversy caused at the end of that last clash.

Yes, a cup run would be brilliant for everyone, but there are more important things to concentrate on.
We already have European football at the London Stadium, and qualifying for that every season through the Premier League is more important.
The Irons need to get back to winning ways as soon as possible in the league, and with a relentless Leeds coming up next, we need a full-strength side.
It would be brilliant to see some new faces and get them blooded into the squad ahead of the rest of the season.
Manchester United are, of course, a tough task away from home, but imagine a makeshift side taking the win to get us into the next round – the confidence would be sky-high.
