Bartosz Andryszak takes up analyst role at West Ham United as he quits Queens Park Rangers
Polish performance analyst Bartosz Andryszak has confirmed that he will be joining West Ham as he took to social media to announce the move.
According to his LinkedIn profile, the 36-year-old, who is a Performance Analyst as well as a UEFA coach was on Queen Park Rangers’ payroll for the last ten years.
He has now jumped a division to join the Hammers in the Premier League and admits he’s ready for the adventure at the London Stadium.
Via Twitter, Andryszak wrote, “Looks like I’ll be working at Premier League. I worked hard for it. Having a talent for work and friends who, despite 10 years of emigration, still support you, you can do a lot. We sit down in our seats, fasten our seatbelts and take off. I’m ready for an adventure with West Ham.”
Welcome to the club
The Pole seems like a jack of all trades as he’s also got a scouting degree along with his coaching and analyst qualifications.
He has confirmed that he will be working with the first team so there’s a good chance that he will be meeting with David Moyes soon.
It remains to be seen what the plans are for him and whether or not he will play any part in the recruitment process or if his analysis will solely be for the first team.

Regardless, it seems like a step in the right direction as sports science plays a key role in today’s game and if West Ham are to be ahead of the curve, they need to be making these moves.
Only time will tell how the Polish analyst fares but we’re happy to see how excited he is to work for the Hammers as he’s posing at the London Stadium.
Hopefully, there is an upturn in form on the field of play as well as the Hammers are in dire straits and Moyes is fighting for his job.
