Away fans chanted ‘RSPCA’ during West Ham v Watford
Watford fans chanted “RSPCA” in the first half against West Ham in the Premier League clash on Tuesday (08 February).
David Moyes has surprised everyone by naming Kurt Zouma in the starting line-up, despite the fact the Essex Police are launching enquiries.
According to reports from London Evening Standard, the police are working with RSPCA after a video showing Zouma kicking a cat emerged online.

According to Football London journalist, Tom Clark, the away fans directed their chants towards Zouma, while the home fans also booed their own defender every time he touched the ball.
Clark tweeted: “RSPCA” is the chant from the away fans now.
What a poor decision!
It’s a pathetic decision taken by the club, and the selection has let everyone down.
David Moyes wants to field a strong team, that’s fine, but bringing Zouma in the starting line-up is a bad precedent.
The Frenchman should have been punished. Instead, he has been given the job to lead the defence. This is unacceptable.
Zouma was caught on camera kicking and slapping his pet animal, and the club must deal with this situation before allowing him to kick the ball.

The first half was poor from West Ham but more than anything else, it’s Zouma who has been the central topic of discussion.
It is disgusting as it tarnishes the reputation of the club. Irrespective of the result, the club shouldn’t have lost its moral compass.
West Ham could have easily gone for any other defender and it would have been still normal, but the inclusion of Zouma makes it a bitter feeling.
In other West Ham news, Karren Brady has been in talks with an ex-ally over a major signing at the club.
