Arthur Masuaku could be banished to West Ham United U21s if Besiktas loan cancelled
West Ham United may choose to leave Arthur Masuaku in the youth teams if he does not see out his loan at Besiktas, according to Fanatik.
The Democratic Republic of Congo international has failed to make any lasting impression at Vodafone Park and new manager Senol Gunes does not want him anywhere near the team.
The Turkish side have now made initial contact to try and terminate his loan deal in January as a result of his poor form in Turkey without paying the full price expected.

There is an optional future fee in the agreement but that is now almost certainly not going to be paid so West Ham will have to try and find another club for him in the next transfer window.
If he does not find a way out of Rush Green by the end of the transfer window, then David Moyes will ensure he does not get anywhere near the first team, forcing him to train and play for the Under-21s instead.

Ideally, West Ham would want to receive some form of transfer fee for Masuaku after a number of years at the club but his form for Besiktas surely makes him unsellable for any reasonable price.
The Irons may be better off just releasing him from his contract now and letting him try to find his next destination without the worry of a fee being paid to the Premier League side.

He will not get anywhere near the Hammers team at the moment anyway without a big injury crisis as Aaron Cresswell and Emerson Palmieri hold the reins in that department.
It has been a rapid fall from grace, in truth, for Masuaku who scored a sensational winner against Chelsea for the Hammers in very recent history but that is his only shining light.
No Premier League side will want to take him so West Ham have to hope somebody in the Championship or abroad is willing to pay his wages and any kind of money.
