Adrian sends brilliant message to Declan Rice after West Ham win v Sevilla
Liverpool goalkeeper Adrian has sent a brilliant message to Declan Rice on Instagram after West Ham won against Sevilla in the Europa League on Thursday (17 March).
The Hammers produced a memorable performance to win 2-1 in aggregate against Sevilla to reach their first European quarter-final since 1981.
Declan Rice posted a brilliant message on Instagram, sharing a picture of him with Mark Noble, with a caption – “These European nights.”

Adrian wrote: “What a game. Well done boys.”

Lovely
Adrian, the former West Ham goalkeeper, has shared a fantastic reaction, along with other former players.
Indeed, it’s hard not to feel good after performances like these. This has been a massive victory for the Hammers, and they should aim to go further in this competition.
Rice has been absolutely outstanding on the night, but he is not alone that deserves a lot of praise.
First of all, the defence stood resolute and they didn’t concede a goal. In fact, apart from one Youssef En-Nesyri’s early effort which was brilliantly saved by Alphonse Areola, there was hardly anything from the visitors to trouble the Hammers’ defence.

Tomas Soucek got a goal that leveled the scoreline and gave Hammers the belief and platform to get a win.
Pablo Fornals was superb on the night as well, but Andriy Yarmolenko couldn’t have written a better story for himself.
After he has gone through recently, to score the winning goal in a European competition beats any Hollywood script.
In other West Ham news, Steve McManaman was stunned by Alphonse Areola for West Ham v Sevilla.
