West Ham Super Fans torn over Lingard & Bowen for MOTM after win v Leicester
This is part of a regular series from our panel of West Ham Super Fans. Each week, our Super Fans will deliver their verdicts on the biggest talking points and news stories around the London Stadium.

West Ham netted three goals for the third successive game as they moved back into the Premier League’s top-four with a 3-2 victory over Leicester on Sunday.
Yet again, the Irons raced into a three-goal lead and left themselves with a lot of hard work to do in the latter stages by conceding twice.
However, David Moyes’ men managed to cling onto their lead and earn a massive three-points that puts them within one point of third-placed Leicester.
Jesse Lingard scored a brace as his impressive form on loan at West Ham continued while Jarrod Bowen also got on the scoresheet.
Kelechi Iheanacho netted in the 70th and 91st minutes to ensure a tense finish but overall, it was yet another stellar display by the Irons.
We’ve asked our panel of West Ham Super Fans to name their man of the match after the win over Leicester and two players stood out above the others.

It’s pretty obvious that Lingard and Bowen were going to earn the plaudits from supporters after the game.
Lingard netted the seventh and eighth goals of his loan spell at the London Stadium while Bowen scored his eighth goal of the campaign and also assisted one of Lingard’s.
West Ham’s attacking performances have been five-star as of late.
Lingard and Bowen have been at the heart of that but the defensive performance, especially after the hour-mark, has started to cause some concerns.
If the Hammers want to see out their bid for a top-four finish and secure an unprecedented qualification to the Champions League, they need to stop leaking as many goals at the back with eight conceded in their last four games.
It’s all well and good having Lingard firing on all cylinders at one end of the pitch but if the team cannot pull together and stop teams getting back into games, the attackers’ hard work could all come undone.
In other West Ham news, Frank McAvennie is delighted to see Angelo Ogbonna back in training after his recent spell out injured.
