West Ham confirmed XI v Everton: Johnson starts
David Moyes has named Ben Johnson in his starting eleven as West Ham take on Everton today at Goodison Park.
Vladimir Coufal and Ryan Fredericks were both doubts ahead of this game due to their respective injuries.
Coufal picked up one before the international break while Fredericks injured himself in the first 20 minutes of the league cup clash against Manchester United.
This has seen 21-year-old Johnson being included and making his first Premier League start of the season.
He played in the league cup, but this is the first time Moyes has named him his league starting lineup.
Must win
The Hammers went into the international break on a disappointing note and will be looking to get back to winning ways against the Toffees.

There were a few doubts about Michail Antonio in the last 24 hours, but having him lead the line is a huge boost for Moyes.
The likes of Said Benrahma and Jarrod Bowen have started the season strongly and we’re looking for a good show from them.
A win for West Ham will see them leapfrog Everton for sure and if it’s a convincing win then they could go ahead of Manchester United to be in fifth place.
Tottenham play Newcastle after the game, but that will be a good position to be in, at least for a couple of hours.
