Soler axed in four changes – West Ham confirmed XI v Arsenal
Graham Potter has made four changes to his West Ham lineup for their clash with Arsenal at the Emirates.
Arsenal play host to West Ham on Saturday afternoon, knowing that they need a win to close the gap on Liverpool at the summit of the Premier League.
West Ham enter the clash having won just one of the six encounters they have been involved in since the appointment of Potter in January.
Both sides are in need of a win with the Irons in desperate need of finding some form that they can use throughout the remainder of the campaign.

Graham Potter makes four changes v Arsenal
As confirmed via West Ham’s official X account (22 February), Potter has made four changes to his starting 11 including the return of Aaron Cresswell who replaces Emerson.
It appears to be a change of shape with Oliver Scarles also coming back into the starting lineup, seemingly in place of Carlos Soler.
Konstantinos Mavropanos drops to the bench with Jean-Clair Todibo back in with James Ward Prowse replacing the injured Lucas Paqueta.
West Ham appear to be utilising a back five in a bid to prevent the threat posed by Arsenal.

West Ham need a win v Arsenal
Given the form the Hammers have endured since Potter’s appointment, they are in desperate need of a win to subdue some of the concerns that have arisen over the last few weeks.
The season as a whole has been a disappointing one for the Irons, with their latest 1-0 defeat to Brentford piling even more misery on them.
Arsenal will provide them with one of their biggest challenges yet, but if fortunes are to change, they simply need to find a way to at least avoid defeat.
Failure to win would make it just one win in seven for the Hammers and it would not be a good look for Potter who arrived at the London Stadium with plenty of optimism.
West Ham will need to be at their best this afternoon with the Gunners looking to maintain their credentials in this year’s title race.
