Jamie Redknapp shares what Micah Richards told him about West Ham ace Mohammed Kudus live on Sky Sports
Jamie Redknapp shared the players Micah Richards is fearing from West Ham as Manchester City look to win the Premier League title on Sunday (19 May).
Pep Guardiola’s men are chasing an unprecedented fourth straight Premier League and welcome the Hammers to the Etihad Stadium.
If David Moyes’ men can cause an upset with a win or draw then Arsenal can pip City by beating Everton at the Emirates Stadium.
Speaking on Sky Sports News (19 May, 2.40pm), Redknapp revealed what former City defender and now Sky Sports pundit Richards had told him the night before.
“He sounds very confident, he wasn’t that confident last night,” he said.
“I stayed at Micah’s and he was talking about (Jarrod) Bowen, (Mohammed) Kudus, (Lucas) Paqueta, players who could cause a lot of problems today.
“Everywhere you look at it for West Ham, there’s no fear to come here and play, there’s no real pressure on them.”
Can West Ham spoilt Manchester City title party?
No one has really given West Ham much of a chance in this one given how clinically brilliant City have been in wrapping up the title in pressure situations over the past few seasons.
But the Hammers – who had to quash reports of a sickness bug in camp – are playing for the final time under David Moyes today and the players would love to give their boss a big send off and perhaps spoil the Etihad party in a little bit in the process.

For Hammers supporters, the ideal situation would be to win the game and hope that Arsenal slip up against the Toffees on home soil because there is no one in Claret and Blue who wants to see the Gunners lift the trophy today.
Richards is right to fear the Hammers’ dynamic trio up front, though. If there is anywhere on the pitch West Ham can hurt City it is on the counter-attack with a fearsome attacking trident. Let’s see how things play out…
