West Ham v Burnley: Andy Gray, Dwight Yorke in hysterics at player incident at London Stadium
Andy Gray and Dwight Yorke were in hysterics as they reacted to the Konstantinos Mavropanos own goal in the 2-2 draw between West Ham and Burnley.
Josh Cullen’s low cross into the six-yard box was diverted past Alphonse Areola and into his own net by Mavropanos late in the first half.
That embarrassing moment for the defender put Burnley two goals up at half-time, but David Moyes’ side battled back to at least snatch a point.
Reacting to the goal live on beIN SPORTS [10 March, 3:10pm], Yorke said: “That’s why you work on fast feet in training, right?”
Both York and Gray then laughed heavily over the top of the footage as Richard Keys added: “Move your feet”.
West Ham held to draw by Burnley at London Stadium
Mavropanos had every right to be ridiculed because this was a moment that could have been avoided.
There was so little pressure on the summer signing, who has yet to truly get going at London Stadium, as he stuck out a leg to cut out the cross.
That goal meant the Irons went into half-time a couple of goals down in a game nobody expected them to be dropping points in.

Credit to the players for responding in the second half through goals from Lucas Paqueta and Danny Ings, but it was still a disappointing day.
While the quality of David Datro Fofana’s strike was out of this world, the less said about Mavropanos’ defending for the second goal the better.
Mavropanos is a regular at the back, but it is four successive games without a clean sheet with him starting and Moyes may have a call to make.
