West Ham supporters will be eagerly anticipating finding out their Championship fixtures for the new season.

The Hammers dropped down to the second tier after a miserable campaign, where Nuno Espirito Santo could not steady the ship in time.

The manager is sticking around, and he will be looking to guide the London Stadium side to an immediate return to the Premier League.

The Irons will play all teams twice in their 46 matches, but the order can often determine promotion races.

If they play better teams in the run-in, it may harm their chances, whereas lower-rated sides may give an easier route back to the top-flight when it matters.

The EFL will announce the fixtures in the coming days, and West Ham Zone has complied all the information that fans need to know.

When will West Ham's fixtures be released?

Hammers fans will be keeping close eye out for when they will be playing specific teams.

They will find their fate out on Thursday, 25 June 2026, when the organising body officially confirm the schedule.

They will be released at exactly 12pm BST, and then Irons supporters can start adding dates to their diaries, or phone calendars.

Fixtures will be made public on West Ham's official channels, by the EFL and also on West Ham Zone.

The draw for the first round of the Carabao Cup will also take place on the same day.

How can supporters follow the fixture release?

West Ham fans can follow along with the fixture reveal in several ways.

The club will provide updates on social media, on their X, Instagram and Facebook accounts, as well as their official website and app.

The official Championship accounts should also feature coverage of the release, although they will not just be focused on the E20 side.

Sky Sports News will likely have the release featured heavily, since they have the broadcasting rights for the division.

The action will start on the weekend of 14-17 August, with television dates to be confirmed by the governing body in due course.

The Hammers will be hoping to win the second tier for a third time, as they have previously lifted the title in the 1957-58 and 1980-81 seasons.

Failing that, they will hope for play-off success, like they managed in 2004-05 and 2011/12 campaigns.
