Not needed

Wan Bissaka will not be an ideal fit for West Ham under David Moyes due to stylistic and tactical reasons.

Moyes typically employs a system that demands full-backs to contribute not only defensively but also offensively, often requiring them to provide width in the attacking third.

Wan Bissaka is renowned for his defensive prowess, excelling in one-on-one situations, but his offensive contributions, particularly in terms of crossing and attacking build-up play, are less pronounced.

West Ham

Moyes' tactical approach relies on dynamic and overlapping full-backs who actively participate in the team's attacking play and are usually willing to bomb up and down the flank while Wan Bissaka's strengths lie more in containment rather than offensive creation.

Moreover, Moyes prefers a system where players showcase versatility, seamlessly transitioning between defensive and offensive responsibilities, a facet that may not align seamlessly with Wan Bissaka's skill set.

While Wan Bissaka is undoubtedly a top-class defender, his potential limitations in fulfilling Moyes' system's offensive demands might make him a less than ideal fit for the Hammers.
