West Ham fans have never quite warmed to the London Stadium, with the ground associated with several bad memories.

The Irons left the Boleyn Ground, often referred to as Upton Park, in 2016, and many believe the soul of the club was left there.

But the London Stadium does have its moments, and is undoubtedly the best place to hear West Ham fans sing the iconic 'I'm Forever Blowing Bubbles' before kick-off.

So, if you're travelling to watch West Ham play in the iconic claret and blue, all the information you need is right here.

Here, West Ham Zone outlines a full guide on how to get to the London Stadium by car, bus, or train.

How to drive to the London Stadium

Given the extensive public transport available, travelling to the London Stadium by car would be strongly advised against.

The stadium is situated in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Stratford, E20 2ST, and the closest car park is available at Stratford Westfield.

Should fans be forced to drive to the stadium, for whatever reason, they can take the A12, but should be advised that several road closures will take effect on matchdays.

How to get to the London Stadium by using public transport

There is several stations available to those using the tube and the train to get to the London Stadium on a matchday.

Stratford Station is the closest, just a 20-minute walk from the stadium, but can be incredibly busy in the hours before kick-off.

The station is served by the Docklands Light Railway, the Jubilee, Elizabeth and Central line, Overground and national rail.

Fans preferring to get the bus have access to several options, which all stop at both Stratford Bus Station and Stratford City Bus Station.
