Jarrod Bowen's West Ham United future continues to look clearer.

As relayed by West Ham Zone on Monday, the winger's father-in-law Danny Dyer predicts that he will be remain a Hammer in the Championship next term.

The 29-year-old has been talismanic in the Premier League over the years, and the second-tier would be a huge step down.

But, his connection with the East London outfit could possibly keep him at the club as they prepare to bounce back.

Bowen made the move from Championship side Hull City six and a half years ago, now, the Tigers and the Hammers have swapped places.

Ahead of a potential return to the division, West Ham Zone takes a look at his incredible record.

How did Jarrod Bowen perform for Hull?

In 2014, Bowen signed for then-Premier League side Hull on a free transfer, before rising through the ranks at the Humberside club.

Following their relegation back to the Championship in 2017, he would go on to become a star in the second tier.

Scoring his first goal away at Aston Villa on the opening weekend of the season, he would go on to enjoy a superb campaign as a starter - scoring 15 times and finishing as the Tigers' top scorer.

Bowen improved again the following campaign, scoring 22 times in all competitions and earning a place in the Championship Team of the Season.

He also swept Hull’s individual awards for a second successive year, winning the club’s Player of the Year, Players’ Player of the Year and Supporters’ Player of the Year prizes.

By November 2019, Bowen had reached 50 goals for Hull, despite frequently playing from the right rather than as an out-and-out striker.

As a result, his performances earned him a Premier League move to West Ham in January 2020, with 52 Championship goals and 12 assists to his name in just two and a half seasons.

Does Bowen make the crucial promotion difference for West Ham?

Even at a young age, the wideman had proven capable of leading Hull from the front.

In an underperforming side, he was the leader and talisman, with his move to the London Stadium backing this up.

And in the years since, he has only gotten better, developing into a European level player and Conference League winner.

He has scored 65 times and registered 54 assists in the Premier League, and should be more than capable of dropping down to the Championship comfortably, with his age unlikely to be a problem.

Coming up with big moments year in and year out, Bowen would instantly be the best in the division, and would be the man to separate the Hammers from the rest.

If he stays, West Ham are instant favourites, and as things are at the moment, it could be likely.
