West Ham to snub Jean-Clair Todibo agreement amid Potter fall-out – Exclusive
West Ham could be set to refuse their option to buy Jean-Clair Todibo in the summer after a bust-up with Graham Potter.
The Frenchman joined the Hammers on loan in the summer but, despite initial excitement, has failed to impress at the London Stadium.
This has seen the 25-year-old make just 13 Premier League starts, which could see a departure at the end of the season make sense for all parties.
This may be more likely now after a disagreement with Potter was mooted at Rush Green, which has hampered his game time.

Todibo deal off after West Ham fall out
The former Barcelona man has often found himself on the bench or out of the squad entirely, despite the English head coach’s five-back formation.
This certainly points towards a breakdown in communication in East London, as even Aaron Cresswell has been utilised as a makeshift centre-back.

If Potter doesn’t trust Todibo and would rather utilise other options like Konstantinos Mavropanos, his £35milion buy option seems slightly far-fetched [Sky Sports].
Former Hammers ace, Martin Allen can’t see this option being taken up by the Irons, especially after multiple arguments in E20.
“You hear rumours that he fell out with Lopetegui,” Allen exclusively told West Ham Zone.
“They didn’t get on and had a fall out and now you hear rumours of the same thing with Potter. He didn’t play at Wolves.
“He’s come back in for Mavropanos who hasn’t been great but has been playing ahead of him.
“I can’t imagine their going to pay £35m for him.“

West Ham must target new centre back in the summer
If the Irons aren’t to take up an option to sign the Frenchman, there is no doubt that a new defender will be required at the London Stadium.
The potential return of Nayef Aguerd could have an impact, although there is every chance that the Morocco international would want to move on permanently.
This will leave Potter and David Sullivan with plenty of work to do in the market to find an alternative for Todibo moving into the new campaign.
This has to be done as a toxic member of the camp certainly won’t help and could hamper the Englishman’s side in East London.
