West Ham in agent talks over Mohammed Kudus exit, player trade on the cards

Graham Potter has a decision on his hands with Mohammed Kudus at West Ham this summer.

The Ghana international has seriously struggled this campaign, failing to live up to the heights of his debut year at the London Stadium.

This has seen any transfer interest in his signature fall away in recent months which will come as a blow to all parties.

With that being said, an East London exit could still be on the cards as Potter looks to analyse his squad during the international break.

Potter to analyse potential Kudus summer sale

There have been some standout performers at in E20 this campaign, with Jarrod Bowen being the main example of this.

The same can not be said of Kudus who has failed to perform at an adequate level to deserve any credit in East London or earn a move away.

This is due to his goal output sinking to just four involvements in the Premier League which is far from good enough given his usual standards.

In his current form, former Brentford and Leicester City manager Martin Allen believes Potter will be willing to part ways with the Ghanaian.

Speaking exclusively to West Ham Zone, Allen said: “The manager with his coaching and analyst will be putting together a report during the international break.

There will be lots of conversations going on with agents to plan all transfers ahead of the summer.

With Kudus you would have to look at how many games he’s played and how many goals and assists he’s got. At the moment, it’s not very high so they’ll be looking to improve on him.

If he’s not getting goals and assists, he’s no good and you’ve got to trade to see how many goals you can get in your team.

Kudus destined for West Ham exit

With Lucas Paqueta facing his own issues, it could be a summer of change in East London under the former Chelsea boss.

There is unlikely to be many fans who disagree with Potter if he is to decide on a sale for Kudus after just two seasons in the Premier League.

His performances haven’t been good enough and have been outshone by the likes of Bowen and even Tomas Soucek on a weekly basis.

If the Hammers boss is to look into his performances and output, there is only likely to be one conclusion that can be drawn up at the London Stadium.
