Nuno Espirito Santo to sanction Ollie Scarles exit as likely destination revealed at West Ham
Ollie Scarles could soon be preparing to make a move away from West Ham.
Scarles impressed after becoming a West Ham regular last season after Graham Potter handed him a chance in the first team.
There were some struggles for Scarles, such as his battle with Mohamed Salah, causing problems for the 19-year-old at the London Stadium.
Potter has now been sacked, and Nuno Espirito Santo has come in as West Ham boss and has utilised summer signing El Hadji Malick Diouf at left-back.
Scarles’ gametime has been seriously limited, and now it appears that Nuno could look to move the defender on in an upcoming transfer window.

Ollie Scarles could soon complete Championship move
Scarles may have had hope after Diouf’s debut against Sunderland, but the Senegal international has gone from strength to strength in E20.
The England under-20 international is yet to make an appearance since the full-back completed his switch from Slavia Prague.
A temporary switch away from East London could now make sense as the youngster looks to pick up some much-needed senior minutes.

Former West Ham midfielder Martin Allen believes Nuno could allow Scarles to move on in a move to a Championship club.
Speaking exclusively to West Ham Zone, Allen said: “There is potential for a loan move away.
“West Ham do need 18 or 20 players in their squad, and he is still young.
“He is a good player, and I’m sure he’ll play in all the cup games, but I’m not sure right now if he’s at the level that Diouf is.
“Nuno would like to send him out on loan; it’ll be good for his career to play in the Championship. Hopefully, he’ll do very well.“
West Ham will take risk letting Scarles go
Diouf may have been the eye-catching figure for the Irons this campaign, but injuries and suspensions will cause problems at some stage.

The Africa Cup of Nations is also coming up, with the left-back likely to be included in the Senegal squad for the tournament in Uganda, Kenya, and Tanzania.
This would leave a gap in the Hammers squad, especially if Scarles was to be allowed to leave.
It will be interesting to see what Nuno opts to do with the young Englishman, but there will always be concerns, regardless of the path taken.
