‘Graham Potter wasn’t keen on West Ham summer signing’ – He’s already been replaced
Graham Potter looks to have been let down by West Ham.
West Ham sacked Graham Potter in late September after a terrible stint in charge at the London Stadium.
After West Ham lost 2-1 to Crystal Palace, the writing was on the wall for the Englishman who had done little to impress the Hammers faithful.
Nuno Espirito Santo has come in at West Ham as his replacement and has brought some positivity with him to East London.
It now looks as if Potter was left high and dry by the claret and blue outfit after a summer transfer decision that went against his demands.

Graham Potter didn’t want Mads Hermansen at West Ham
The Irons were in need of a new keeper over the summer after Lukasz Fabianski initially departed East London.
West Ham swooped for Mads Hermansen at Leicester City after he had a positive campaign despite their relegation from the Premier League.
Things haven’t truly worked out for the Denmark international, and he has since been replaced by Alphonse Areola since Nuno came in.
It has now been revealed by iconic commentator Ian Darke that Potter wasn’t keen on signing Hermansen before he came in.
“No. In a word,” Darke exclusively told West Ham Zone.
“He’s put in several shaky performances at the start of the season and hasn’t done himself any favours.

“They’ve paid £18million for a keeper who’s going to be their number two. That’s not looking too smart.
“Graham Potter wasn’t especially keen on him from what I hear, that’s one that’s not gone well.
“I think Areola is going to keep his jersey for the time being.“
David Sullivan has questions to answer over Hermansen signing
If Potter didn’t want to sign the Dane, why was he signed?
Hermansen put in positive performances with Leicester in the Premier League and Championship and looked to be a positive addition.
That hasn’t translated well to the London Stadium, and it is hugely frustrating to see him failing to perform for the Hammers.
Potter seemingly saw this coming and made his feelings known, but was ignored in a decision which looks to have let him down.
