West Ham United: Danny Ings fuels January transfer exit speculation as Rush Green images emerge on Friday
Danny Ings may be leaving West Ham United fans in a state of flux with rumours of a January exit from London Stadium heating up.
The former Southampton striker has been linked with a move away from the club this month, given his limited minutes under David Moyes this season with Wolves (John Percy, 6 January) and Crystal Palace both interested in his services [Dharmesh Sheth, 10 January].
TEAMtalk reported on 10 January that Wolves may look to test the resolve of the Hammers with a January bid despite Moyes currently suffering from an injury crisis with Jarrod Bowen and Lucas Paqueta joining Michail Antonio on the sidelines, now out for a month.

Despite Ings’ poor form and his being down in the pecking order at the London Stadium, the club are believed to be in no hurry to sell him.
And the Englishman may well have fuelled speculation over his future at the club after training images at Rush Green on Friday (12 January) of him smiling at the cameras, a picture which will certainly leave West Ham fans in a state of flux.

Is Ings staying or is he going will be one of the biggest questions asked right now in East London following this image.
With Antonio, Bowen and Paqueta now out of action, it looks as if Moyes may well have had a word with Ings regarding his immediate future at the London Stadium potentially lifting his spirits.
Selling some of their fringe stars could go a long way in trying to make a few additions in the January window and Ings is certainly amongst that list given his perennial struggles at the London Stadium.

However, with the number of injuries right now it may not be feasible to sanction as sale of the Englishman with Moyes incredibly light up front.
Yes, his career at West Ham United looks incredibly bleak but Moyes must make a snap decision on the striker given his depleted attacking weaponry right now.

If they are looking to sell, it must be a straight permanent transfer but judging by the looks on Ings’ face, his career at the club may be on for a while yet. The ball is very much in Ings’ court to finally impress.
In other West Ham news, the Hammers are ready to “listen to offers” for one big-money player in the January transfer window.
