Bids for Broja and Onana marks shift in West Ham transfer policy
West Ham have made bids for Chelsea striker Armando Broja and Lille midfielder Amadou Onana this summer, according to Sky Sports.
The Hammers have made a £30million offer for Broja in order to boost their attacking department ahead of the next campaign.
On the other hand, the Irons have also made a similar bid for Onana to bolster the midfield that has weakened with the retirement of Mark Noble and the departure of Alex Kral.

So Far So Good
It does feel like West Ham are building on their fantastic season last season in which they reached their first-ever Europa League semi-finals.
They clearly want to right the wrongs of the previous campaign and have already started the process by signing someone like Nayef Aguerd and the permanent arrival of Alphonso Areola.
Over the years, the Irons have remained focused on signing players who are already established in the Premier League and or in other leagues regardless of their age.

However, that seems to change as David Moyes is clearly keener to bring in players who are younger in age and have a lot of potentials.
Making a move for the likes of Broja and Onana clearly marks the shift in transfer policy and if they remain on that path going forward, it is more than likely to give them good results which would increase their possibility of finishing in the top-six.
