Celtic want to appoint West Ham boss David Moyes as their new manager with Ange Postecoglou set to join Tottenham Hotspur.
The Hoops are on the verge of winning the treble having already won the league title and league cup, with another cup final set for this weekend to seal it.
But The Scottish Sun (1 June) are reporting that the club are worried about losing Postecoglou to north London, with an announcement expected as early as next week, and that Moyes is one of the front-runners to replace him at Parkhead.
“Ange Postecoglou could be confirmed as Tottenham’s new manager as early as next week,” they wrote.
“And Celtic are so resigned to losing the Aussie that they have already started looking around for a replacement.
“And they have started drawing up a name of potential replacements, with West Ham’s David Moyes, who began his playing career at the club, a likely front-runner.”

Perfect
The season West Ham have had this season had plenty of people calling for Moyes to be shown the door, and the club looked likely to sack him at the end of the season.
But after he avoided relegation and navigated his way to a European cup final in the Europa Conference League next week, several people believe he could stay on.
He still has one year remaining on his contract at the London Stadium but there has been reports that the club will allow him to make a decision on his future himself, and that makes the Celtic move the perfect opportunity for everyone to get what they want.
Moyes can go back “home” to Glasgow to challenge for trophies and get the honours that his long and illustrious career has deserved, while West Ham can move forward with a new man at the helm and there be no hard feelings.
It seems like the perfect get out for everyone involved, and Hammers fans certainly won’t be too disappointed if Moyes moves on after claiming a European trophy for us.
